How long does it take to set up ManeTrak?

ManeTrak can be set up in as little as 5 minutes. Simply create your account, add your company details, and start adding equipment. Our bulk import feature lets you upload hundreds of assets from a CSV file, making setup even faster for larger operations.

Do I need to install any software?

No! ManeTrak is 100% cloud-based and runs in your web browser. There's no software to download or install. Simply access it from any device with an internet connection - desktop, tablet, or smartphone.

How do I get my team onboarded?

Invite team members by email directly from your dashboard. They'll receive an invitation link to create their account. ManeTrak includes unlimited users on all plans, so you can add your entire team at no extra cost.

Can I import my existing equipment data?

How much does ManeTrak cost?

ManeTrak offers two main plans: Basic ($60/month for up to 15 equipment) and Pro ($120/month for up to 50 equipment). Both plans include unlimited users, work order management, maintenance scheduling, and in-app notifications. Annual billing saves you one month free. We also offer custom Enterprise pricing for larger operations.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All plans include a free 7-day trial with full access to all features.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

What happens if I exceed my equipment limit?

If you approach your plan's equipment limit, we'll notify you and help you upgrade to the next tier. You can upgrade anytime, and the transition is seamless with no data loss. Alternatively, equipment addon packages can be purchased if you don't want to upgrade your plan or only need a small increase in your allowable equipment quantities.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing saves you the equivalent of one month free (pay for 11 months, get 12 months of service).

Does ManeTrak work on mobile devices?

What is the QR code feature?

Can I set up automatic maintenance reminders?

Yes! ManeTrak sends automatic in-app notifications for upcoming maintenance, overdue tasks, and work order assignments. You control notification preferences for each team member.

What types of reports can I generate?

Is my data secure?

Yes. ManeTrak uses industry-standard encryption for data transmission (SSL/TLS) and storage. Your data is stored in secure, redundant cloud servers with automatic backups. We never share your data with third parties.

Who can access my company's data?

Only users you explicitly invite to your company can access your data. ManeTrak is multi-tenant, meaning each company's data is completely isolated. You control user permissions and can revoke access anytime.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export all your data (equipment, work orders, maintenance history) to Excel before canceling. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted per our data retention policy.

Do you offer backups?

Yes. Your data is automatically backed up to redundant servers. In the unlikely event of data loss, we can restore your account from the most recent backup.
